Common use of Itemized Statement Clause in Contracts

Itemized Statement. Borrower shall have provided Lender ------------------ with (i) an itemized statement certified by Borrower of all costs and expenses incurred by Borrower in connection with the acquisition of the Real Property through the Closing Date and (ii) and a copy of Borrower's fully executed contract for the purchase of the Real Property.
