Item to include. (i) Cost of all materials i.e. ready made paving blocks including aggregate, metal, sand, cement, colour pigment complete.
(ii) Excavating laying sand bedding, laying paving blocks and vibrating and compaction.
(iii) All necessary labour, materials and use of tools for the satisfactory completion of the works.
Item to include. Diversions unless separately provided in the tender ii) Preparing the road surface.
Item to include. 2.1 The item shall include erection of centering with M.S. props, struts with all bracings, fastenings and fixtures, its removal after the specified period and its safe maintenance during the above period, cost of safely precautions required to be taken for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Government property, stacking of material after removal at suitable place, replacement of damaged/worned out parts, cleaning etc.
2.2 The material used for centering shall be the property of contractor and shall be allowed to be taken away after completion of work
2.3 The centering, supporting arrangement should be designed by the Contractor. He may make use of the standard centering arrangement made by standard manufacturer such as Acro blue bird. All the relevant codes etc. will be followed and appropriate centering may be suggested. The rate should all include temporary/ permanent arrangement including temporary fastening and fixtures. The centering material should be of Contractor and he should take away from the site of work after completion of work, Isolated lintels less than two meters in length chajja and plinth beam shall not be paid for centering under this item. The payment to the extent of completed R.C.C. work shall only be made irrespective of quantity of centering material procured by the contractor at the work site.
1. The work of water proofing described in the following items shall be carried out by the contractor only through a renowned specialist water proofing agency using cement waterproofing compounds, as approved in writing by the Executive Engineer,

The contractor shall give before actual execution, detailed specifications for each item of work of waterproofing to be executed according to the specifications of the specialist agency he proposes to employ, for approval. The work shall not be started unless approval in writing is given by the Engineer-in- charge to the said specification.
