Common use of ITEM QUANTITIES Clause in Contracts

ITEM QUANTITIES. The item quantities indicated in the Bid Schedule are estimates only, subject to final verification by the NYCDOT Electrical Inspection Unit. The Contractor is responsible for providing all items indicated on the Bid Schedule. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Contract, Part H, Article 59.1 is hereby deleted in its entirety.
