Involuntary Termination Other than for Cause; Voluntary Termination for Good Reason; Disability; Death. If the Employee's employment is (i) involuntarily terminated by the Company other than for Cause (as defined herein), (ii) voluntarily terminated by Employee for Good Reason (as defined herein), (iii) terminated due to Employee's Disability (as defined herein) or death, in any case within twenty-four (24) months following a Change of Control (as defined herein), then, subject to the Employee's obligations pursuant to Section 9 below, the Employee shall receive the following severance benefits from the Company:
