Involuntary Position Change Clause Samples

Involuntary Position Change. Any employee who is to be involuntarily transferred to a new position shall be given notice in writing of such position change by May 15, unless an emergency warranting such change takes place after May 15. Said employees shall receive in writing the reason for the change and shall have the right to present his/her objection.
