Common use of Invoice Clause in Contracts

Invoice. CONTRACTOR shall submit an original invoice to the COUNTY after each service has been completed. Submittal of these invoices shall not exceed ten (10) calendar days beyond the date the service was completed. Under no circumstances shall the invoices be submitted to the COUNTY in advance of the delivery and acceptance of the service. All invoices shall be accompanied by the PDF documentation required in the record keeping portion of this Scope of Services.
