Common use of Invitation Clause in Contracts

Invitation. An invitation for those Shareholders to: (i) apply to purchase the Transfer Shares at the sale price specified in the Offer Notice; and (ii) indicate if they are willing to purchase Transfer Shares in excess of their Pro-rata Entitlement, and, if so, the number of additional Transfer Shares that they are willing to purchase.
