Common use of Investor Compensation Fund Clause in Contracts

Investor Compensation Fund. 33.1 If the Customer suffers pecuniary loss by reason of the Company's default, the Customer shall have a right to claim under the Compensation Fund established under the Ordinance, subject to the terms of the Compensation Fund from time to time.
