Investor Capital. The cumulative amount of (i) the purchase price originally paid to the Company for all outstanding shares of Preferred Stock and Common Stock up to the date immediately prior to the date of the Disposition Event plus (ii) any other equity capital contributions made by the Investors to the Company during such period (credited from the date such capital contributions are actually provided).
