Common use of Investments and Interests Clause in Contracts

Investments and Interests. During his employment by the Company, Executive agrees not to acquire, assume or participate in, directly or indirectly, any position, investment or interest known by him to be adverse to or in conflict with the interest of the Company, its business or prospects, financial or otherwise. By way of clarification, nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent Executive from holding, for investment purposes only, no more than one percent (1%) of the capital stock of any publicly traded company.
