Common use of Investment of Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Investment of Proceeds. Prior to the application of the proceeds of the Security Property in accordance with Clause 18.1 (Order of Application of Group Recoveries) the Security Agent may, in its discretion, hold all or part of those proceeds (but not in excess of the amounts due or to become due and while so held the excess of the interest charged on the Liabilities shall not exceed the interest earned on such suspense or impersonal account(s)) in an interest bearing suspense or impersonal account(s) in the name of the Security Agent with such financial institution (including itself) and for so long as the Security Agent shall think fit until otherwise directed by an Instructing Group (the interest being credited to the 182 relevant account) pending the application from time to time of those moneys in the Security Agent’s discretion in accordance with the provisions of this Clause ‎18 (Application of Proceeds).
