Investment Management Fee. In consideration of Sub-Adviser’s services, Sub-Adviser shall receive a monthly fee in accordance with Appendix A of this Agreement. The Client will pay the Sub-Adviser from the assets of the Client. For any period less than a full month during which this Agreement is in effect, the fee shall be prorated according to the proportion which such period bears to a full month. The fee attributable to the Client shall be satisfied only against the assets of the Client and not against the assets of any other investment portfolio of the Company.
