Common use of Investment Exchanges Clause in Contracts

Investment Exchanges. If permitted by the Plan Document, if any, the Participant may direct the Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator or Plan Administrator to redeem any or all shares of any Mutual Fund held in the Account and to reinvest the proceeds in any other available Fund. Any such exchange transaction shall conform to the provisions and limitations imposed by the underlying investment provider. All investment exchange directions by the Participant shall be made in a manner acceptable to the Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator, the Custodian and the Plan Administrator.
