Common use of Inventory and Schedule of Condition Clause in Contracts

Inventory and Schedule of Condition. 4.1 Upon taking the Tenancy you will be invited to attend a check-in process where you will be given access to the Property and an opportunity to take meter readings. You will be provided with the Inventory and Schedule of Condition relating to the Property on or shortly after the commencement of the Tenancy. The Inventory is an agreed record of the Contents and condition of the Property and Contents at commencement of the Tenancy and shall be used to assess any loss, damage or dilapidation as recorded at the end of the Tenancy.
