All of VMN's inventory, including all goods, merchandise, materials, raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, now owned or hereinafter acquired and held for sale or lease or furnished or to be furnished under contracts or service agreements or to be used or consumed in VMN's business and all other tangible personal property of VMN, except as excluded in 8.2.1.
