Common use of Inventions and Improvements Clause in Contracts

Inventions and Improvements. (a) The Employee hereby assigns to the Company (or, at the discretion of the Company, any of its subsidiaries that it designates) an exclusive right to all inventions, discoveries, ideas and improvements made by him, whether alone or jointly with others, relevant to the subject matter of his employment, prior to the date of his employment hereunder.
