Common use of Invalid Payment Clause in Contracts

Invalid Payment. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration of a Credit Card, insufficient funds, or otherwise, Subscriber remains responsible for any amounts not remitted to MaestroQA and MaestroQA may, in its sole discretion, either (i) invoice Subscriber directly for the deficient amount; (ii) continue billing the Credit Card once it has been updated by Subscriber (if applicable); or (iii) terminate this Agreement.
