Common use of Intro Clause in Contracts

Intro. By signing the application for membership or entering and using the facilities of the club by way of a casual pass, free pass or other allowed access, you acknowledge and agree:  You have read this this agreement and agree to abide by your obligations in it.  The rules of the club, these Terms and Conditions, your Membership Application Form (including casual visit), your pre-activity questionnaire makes up the entire agreement between the parties (“the Agreement”). Any prior representations or documents are excluded from this Agreement.

Intro.
