Common use of Intro Clause in Contracts

This Addendum is added to and made a part of the Lease Agreement between Reveal Real Estate Management and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Clinical Programs “Resident” for the premises located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ It is our goal to maintain the highest quality living environment for our Residents. Owner/Agent has inspected the Property prior to lease and knows of no bedbug infestation. Residents have an important role in preventing and controlling bedbugs. While the presence of bedbugs is not always related to cleanliness or housekeeping, good housekeeping will help control the problem by identifying bedbugs, minimizing infestation, and limiting its spread.
