Interview with Representative. On commencing employment, the employee's immediate supervisor shall introduce the new employee to the designated Union Representative. This representative shall have the right to interview the new employee within regular hours, without loss of pay, for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes during the employee's first month of employment.
