Intersections' Business. Each of the Parties acknowledges and agrees that the business as presently conducted by Intersections presently includes the products, services and processes constituting the Cooperative Opportunities identified on Exhibits D (New Product Development Cooperation); D-2 (Product Convergence Cooperation); and D-3 (Marketing Channels Cooperation).
