Interpretive Rules. The words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import when used in this Agreement refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement, and all Article and Section references are to this Agreement unless otherwise specified. The words “include,” “includes” and “including” will be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation.” The word “days” means calendar days unless otherwise specified herein. The table of contents and headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
