Interpretation of Definitions. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below: Credit currency - 1) foreign currency (USD) - in relation to the monetary provided under the Credit Agreement before the Effective Date; 2) currency of the Russian Federation (roubles) - in relation to the monetary funds that can be provided in accordance with clause 6.1 of this Agreement and in relation to the amount of the Principal Debt after the Effective Date. Intercompany debt - Financial debt under which the Borrower and the Lender are the Group companies. Revenues - has the meaning provided for in IFRS. Group - legal entities that are affiliates of the Company in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, as well as legal entities included in consolidated financial statements of the Company according to US GAAP or IFRS if the direct consolidation method is used.
