Internet & Wi-Fi Clause Samples
Internet & Wi-Fi a. The Landlord agrees to provide a communal internet to the building; this is a free service and does not constitute part of the rent.
b. The Landlord does not guarantee the availability of the internet service, the speed at which information may be transmitted or received via the internet service; or that the internet service will be compatible with equipment or any software which you use.
Internet & Wi-Fi. If you do not have a private Internet/WiFi connection, you can use public hotspots.

Internet & Wi-Fi. The Contractors shall be required to provide their own internet services. The Contractor is responsible for providing their own facility Wi-Fi service or mobile hot spots, except where specifically indicated by CapMetro. The Contractor shall seek permission from CapMetro prior to installing such equipment at the Facility to to the Contractor under this Contract.
6.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for providing its employees with any online or local access to office products required to operate daily business. This includes, but is not limited to, products in the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.), financial systems, human resources systems, and any other corporate-use software
