Common use of International Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding. Domestic preference for locally manufactured goods shall be applied without limitation to the nationality of the good’s manufacturer.
