Common use of International Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods, Non-Consultant Services and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding which may, at the Borrower’s option be subject to Domestic Preference (which would be applicable to the procurement of goods only under International Competitive Bidding), as per paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 of the Procurement Guidelines.

International Competitive Bidding.
