Common use of International Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in Part B of this Section, contracts shall be awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding. The provisions of paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 of the Procurement Guidelines, providing for domestic preference in the evaluation of bids, shall apply to goods manufactured in the territory of the Borrower.

The provisions of paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 of the Procurement GuidelinesGuidelines and Appendix 2 thereto, providing for domestic preference in the evaluation of bids, shall apply to goods manufactured in the territory of the BorrowerRecipient.

The Bidding in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 2.1 through 2.68 of the Procurement Guidelines, providing for domestic preference in the evaluation of bids, shall apply to goods manufactured in the territory of the Borrower.

The provisions of paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 of the Procurement Guidelines, providing for domestic preference in the evaluation of bids, shall apply to goods manufactured in the territory of the Borrower.

To the extent practicable, contracts for goods, works, and supply and installation shall be grouped in bid packages estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent or more.
