Common use of International Boycott Clause in Contracts

International Boycott. Grantee certifies that neither it nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provision of the U.S. Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 USC Appendix 2401 et seq.) or the regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce promulgated under that Act (15 CFR Parts 730 through 774).

International Boycott. Grantee certifies that neither it nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall will participate in an international boycott in violation of the provision of the U.S. Export Administration Anti-Boycott Act of 1979 2018, Part II of the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 (50 USC Appendix 2401 et seq.) or 4841 through 4843), and the regulations anti-boycott provisions set forth in Part 760 of the U.S. Department of Commerce promulgated under that Act federal Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR Parts 730 through 774).
