Internal Training. There is a commitment by both the Company and its employees to multi-skilling and training of employees. Opportunities for up-skilling will be provided where practicable and at the discretion of the needs of the business, to enable employees to develop more skills necessary for progress through higher classifications. Skills will be competency based, consistent with the business needs and enhance the development for the productive and harmonious working relationship whilst striving for maximum job satisfaction and security. For internal skills a competency-based test will be developed by the Consultative Committee and will be carried out annually by a suitable skilled employee and a support staff member. During the life of this agreement the present multi-skilling payment and structure will remain in place. However a commitment is made to examine the current system and introduce changes that will improve the multi-skilling system. Changes to the multi-skilling system will not increase the overall payroll level. Any changes to the current system will be facilitated by the consultative committee.
Internal Training. SNS will make an ongoing and concerted effort to train employees in the variety of duties performed by workers in their class. These efforts may include training sessions and work experience at a variety of sites and with a variety of programs.
Internal Training. (a) Where a Health Service requires compulsory training to be undertaken by a Doctor, the Health Service must provide reasonable time within paid working hours to complete the compulsory training. Such Health Service required compulsory training may include but is not limited to fire, code of conduct, safety, workplace bullying and sexual harassment.
(b) The Health Service will meet the course costs, where applicable.
Internal Training. At the request of the employer, the medical specialists are obliged to make a contribution to the training of staff of the UMC who are responsible for patient care.
Internal Training a. Novistar shall: i. Provide, using commercially reasonable efforts, up to fifteen (15) days of instructor-led training on Novistar Programs at Novistar's expense and at a Novistar training site, which training shall be used by Oracle within one (1) year of the Effective Date.

The District will select a highly qualified employee or an independent third-party consultant, both subject to OCR approval, to provide training to all District teachers (including long-term substitute teachers), administrators, school aides, and any other District personnel charged with supervising students, on the Section 504 regulation at 34 C.F.R. §§ 104.4(a), 104.33, 104.35, 104.36 for each of the following academic years: 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019.1 The training will include the following topics, at a minimum:
i. The definition of disability under Section 504 and Title II. This portion of the training will focus on the definition and the scope of the term “major life activity” in the regulations implementing Section 504 and Title II, as amended by the ADA Amendments Act of 2008;
ii. The provision of a free appropriate public education (FAPE) to all qualified students, based on Section 504’s FAPE requirements at 34 C.F.R. §§ 104.33–36, focusing on the following: 1. The requirement at 34 C.F.R. § 104.33(a) and (b) that the District provide a FAPE to all students with disabilities, regardless of the nature or severity of the disability;
Internal Training. The parties will each train their respective sales representatives on the benefits, functionality, implementation specifics and other such issues as they relate to the sale and support of the Bundled Service Offering.
