Common use of Internal decorations Clause in Contracts

Internal decorations. In every Internal Decoration Year and also in the last six (6) months of the Term (whether determined by effluxion of time or otherwise) (but never more than twice in any three (3) year period) in a good and workmanlike manner to prepare and decorate (with two coats at least of good quality paint) or otherwise treat, as appropriate, all internal parts of the Demised Premises required to be so treated and, as often as may be reasonably necessary, to wash down all tiles, glazed bricks and similar washable surfaces; such decorations and treatment in the last year of the Term to be executed in such colours and materials as the Landlord may reasonably notify to the Tenant from time to time.
