Internal complaints handling. If a party (the complainant) wishes to have a complaint in relation to a matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement dealt with in accordance with the Internal Complaints Handling Procedure, the complainant must notify the other party (the respondent) in writing addressed to the respondent’s Complaints Handling Officer (Complaint Notice).
