Common use of Interim Supervisor or Manager Assignment Clause in Contracts

Interim Supervisor or Manager Assignment. In the event that a Association member fills an interim supervisor or manager position, they will no longer be a member of the bargaining unit. They will not retain their seniority, if they are rehired into a Classified Association position. A leave of absence will not be granted by the College to fill an interim assignment.
