Common use of Interim Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Interim Negotiations. A. During the term of this Agreement, if there is any change in state law which would invalidate any provision of this Agreement, the parties will meet to negotiate any necessary change in the Agreement relative to the affected provision only. B. If either party desires to change any section of this Agreement, that party shall present to the other a written request which shall specify the areas where change is sought. If the parties mutually agree, then interim bargaining will commence.
