Interim Extension. In the event that WinStar provides notice to Lucent pursuant to Section 3.1 of its desire to extend the Term, and Lucent exercises its right to renegotiate pricing as described in Section 3.1, the Term of this Agreement shall be deemed extended upon the terms and conditions then in effect (including with respect to the pricing set forth in Schedule C) for any period of time during which the Parties are renegotiating such pricing. In the event that such renegotiation terminates in an agreement between the Parties with respect to Schedule C pricing, the Term shall be extended pursuant to Section 3.1, and such agreement between the Parties will apply retroactively beginning upon the immediately prior expiration of the Term. In the event that such renegotiation terminates without an agreement between the Parties with respect to Schedule C pricing, this Agreement shall expire upon such termination of renegotiations.
Interim Extension. Upon Written Notice from Collaborator and NIST PI that it is the intent that the CRADA be amended, as provided in Section 11.5, to extend the term of the CRADA, the term of this CRADA shall be extended for ninety (90) days. The Written Notice shall be directed to the Technology Partnerships Office Director. Such interim extension shall be available only once prior to the effective date of a written amendment extending the CRADA pursuant to Section 11.5.
Interim Extension. Upon satisfaction of the condition precedent in Section 3(a)(i) above, the Administrative Agent and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby agree that clause (a) of the definition of “Delay Draw Commitment Period” shall be deleted and replaced in its entirety with “(a) October 31, 2023”.
