Interim Assignment. Pending the filling of a vacancy in accordance with the foregoing, the Employer may fill same by assignment of bargaining unit or non-bargaining unit personnel for not more than a full academic semester. Such assignments may be continued for more than one semester only upon written agreement to same, signed by the Employer, the Association and the individual so assigned.
