Common use of Interim Assignment Clause in Contracts

Interim Assignment. Upon obtaining their Trade License, the employee will be assigned to a shift and RDO’s in accordance with their new Maintenance Section seniority and in accordance with the collective agreement in effect at the time. They will sign for shift and RDO’s in accordance with their new Maintenance Section seniority on the next Automotive Mechanic sign-up.
