Interfering to Implementation of the Agreement. 12.1 If during the process of implementation of the Agreement the parties face any impeding circumstances, due to which implementation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement is interfered, such party shall immediately send to the other party the written notification on fact of interfering, its possible duration and the reasons. The party receiving the notification shall communicate own decision made regarding the indicated circumstances to the other party as soon as possible.
