Common use of Interest Rights Preserved Clause in Contracts

Interest Rights Preserved. Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Article 12 and Section 2.06, each Security delivered under this Indenture upon registration of transfer of or in exchange for or in lieu of any other Security shall carry the rights to semiannual and contingent interest accrued and unpaid, and to accrue, which were carried by such other Security.

Interest Rights Preserved. Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Article 12 11 and Section 2.06, each Security delivered under this Indenture upon registration of transfer of or in exchange for or in lieu of any other Security shall carry the rights to semiannual and contingent interest Contingent Cash Interest accrued and unpaid, and to accrue, which were carried by such other Security.

Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Article 12 10 and Section 2.062.09 hereof, each Security delivered under this Indenture upon registration of transfer of or in exchange for or in lieu of any other Security shall carry the rights to semiannual and contingent interest accrued and unpaid, and to accrue, which were carried by such other Security.

Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Article 12 XI and Section 2.06, each Security delivered under this Indenture upon registration of transfer of or in exchange for or in lieu of any other Security shall carry the rights to semiannual and contingent semi-annual interest accrued and unpaid, and to accrue, which were carried by such other Security.

Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Article 12 and Section 2.062.06 hereof, each Security delivered under this Indenture upon registration of transfer of or in exchange for or in lieu of any other Security shall carry the rights to semiannual and contingent interest accrued and unpaid, and to accrue, which were carried by such other Security.
