Interest Prepayment. (a) The interest rate ("Interest --------------------- Rate") on the Loans shall be a rate per annum reflected on the grid attached hereto. (b) The interest, if any, payable on each of the Loans shall accrue from the date such Loan is made and, subject to Section 2.01, shall be payable upon demand of the Holder.
