Common use of Interest Payment Clause in Contracts

Interest Payment. (a) For each Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest due with respect to the Class A(2016-1) Notes shall be an amount equal to the product of (i)(A) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days in the related Interest Period and the denominator of which is 360, times (B) the Note Interest Rate in effect with respect to such related Interest Period times (ii) the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2016-1) Notes determined as of the Record Date preceding the related Distribution Date. Any interest on the Class A(2016-1) Notes will be calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in the related Interest Period and a 360-day year.

(a) For each Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest due with respect to the Class A(2016C(2007-14) Notes shall be an amount equal to the product of (i)(A) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days in the related Interest Period and the denominator of which is 360, times (B) the Note Interest Rate in effect with respect to such related Interest Period Period, times (ii) the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2016C(2007-14) Notes determined as of the Record Date preceding the related Distribution Date.
