INTEREST ON ARREARS. The Tenant must pay interest on any of the Rent or other sums due under this Lease that are not paid on the date due, whether formally demanded or not, the interest to be recoverable as rent. Nothing in this clause entitles the Tenant to withhold or delay any payment of the Rent or any other sum due under this Lease or affects the rights of the Landlord in relation to any non-payment.
