Interconnection Gateways. Any switch that is used for transiting traffic, from one network to another network in a Multi- operator environment may be termed as an Interconnection Transit Gateway. The functionality of such Switches should conform to the relevant TEC specification. Operational and Planning requirements of the Interconnect Gateway shall be as laid down in the Regulations.
