Common use of Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement. ‌ Simultaneously with the delivery of the Interconnection System Impact Study to Interconnection Customer, Transmission Provider shall provide to Interconnection Customer an Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement in the form of Appendix 4 to this LGIP. The Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement shall provide that Interconnection Customer shall compensate Transmission Provider for the actual cost of the Interconnection Facilities Study. Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to provide to Interconnection Customer a non-binding good faith estimate of the cost and timeframe for completing the Interconnection Facilities Study within three (3) Business Days following the Interconnection System Impact Study results meeting.
