Common use of Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement. The form of agreement contained in Attachment 8 of the Standard Small Generator Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Interconnection Facilities Study. Interconnection Feasibility Study – A preliminary evaluation of the system impact and cost of interconnecting the Generating Facility to the Administered Transmission System, the scope of which is described in Section 3.3 of the Standard Small Generator Interconnection Procedures. The Interconnection Customer has the option to request either that the Interconnection Feasibility Study be completed as a separate and distinct study, or as part of the Interconnection System Impact Study. If the Interconnection Customer requests that the Interconnection Feasibility Study be completed as part of the Interconnection System Impact Study, Section 3.3 shall be performed as the first step of the Interconnection System Impact Study, and shall be regarded as part of the Interconnection System Impact Study. When the requirements of Section 3.3 are performed as part of the Interconnection System Impact Study, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible only for the deposit requirements of the Interconnection System Impact Study, and there shall be only one final report, which will include the results of both Section 3.3 and Section 3.4.
