Common use of Interconnection Application Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Application. In order to commence the process for interconnection of the Facility, the Customer shall complete and submit to the Company a Standard Interconnection Application (a downloadable copy of which is located on the Company’s website, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇). Upon the Customer’s request, the Company will provide a hard copy of the Standard Interconnection Application to the Customer within five (5) business days of the Customer’s request.
