Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnected Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following: (1) Attachment Facilities: Engineering and construction oversight for Attachment Facilities subject to the Option to Build. (2) Direct Connection Network Upgrades: Engineering and construction oversight for the new 230 kV three-breaker ring bus substation subject to the Option to Build.
