Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnected Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following: Attachment Facilities (1) One (1) 230 kV, 3000A, 3-phase center break gang operated switch; (2) Three (3) 230 kV metering accuracy capacitive coupled transformers (CCVT); (3) Three (3) 230 kV metering accuracy current transformers (CT); and (4) Conductor, connectors, conduits, control cables, foundations, steel structures and grounding material as per engineering standards, extending from the new 230 kV switching station to the point of change of point of change with Interconnection Customer.
