Common use of INTENT & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (“RIDEM”) and GDUBON PROPERTIES LLC (“GDUBON”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (“Xxxxxx”) by RIDEM on 18 September 1989 under file number SW-89-28 and a Notice of Violation issued to Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx (“Xxxxxxxxx”) by RIDEM on 18 May 2010 under file OCI- FW-18-62.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered into by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and GDUBON PROPERTIES LLC Xxxx Xxxx (the “GDUBONRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx the Respondent, Xxxx X. Xxxx, Xx. and Xxxx X. Xxxx (the “XxxxxxGotts”) by the RIDEM on 18 September 1989 under file number SW-89-28 and a Notice of Violation issued to Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx (“Xxxxxxxxx”) by RIDEM on 18 May 2010 under file OCI- FW-18-6227 February 2017.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (“RIDEM”) and GDUBON PROPERTIES XxxXxxxxx Xxxxxxx Realty LLC (“GDUBONXxxXxxxxx”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Mr. and Xxx. Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (“XxxxxxRespondents”) by RIDEM on 18 September 1989 under file number SW-89-28 7 August 1978 and a Notice of Violation issued to Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx (“Xxxxxxxxx”) the alleged violations documented by RIDEM on 18 16 May 2010 2018 under file OCI- OCI-FW-18-62.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and GDUBON PROPERTIES LLC 394 Xxxx’x Trail Realty, LLC, Xxxx XxXxxxxxxx and Xxxx XxXxxxxxxx (collectively, the “GDUBONRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving to resolve the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (“Xxxxxx”) Respondents by the RIDEM on 18 1 September 1989 under file number SW-89-28 and a Notice of Violation issued to Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx (“Xxxxxxxxx”) by RIDEM on 18 May 2010 under file OCI- FW-18-622017.

Xxxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx d/b/a Universal Plating Co., Inc. (the “GDUBONRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the to resolve alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (“Xxxxxx”) Respondents by the RIDEM on 18 September 1989 under file number SW-89-28 and a Notice of Violation issued to Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx (“Xxxxxxxxx”) by RIDEM on 18 May 2010 under file OCI- FW-18-6221 November 2016.
