INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Realty, LLC, (the “Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by the RIDEM on 15 July 2014.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Realty, LLC, and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the “RespondentRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent Respondents by the RIDEM on 15 July 2014September 27, 2007.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and the Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Realty, LLC, (the “Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by the RIDEM on 15 July 201422 November 2010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Management (“RIDEM”) Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Realtythe City of Cranston and Veolia Water North America – Northeast, LLC, LLC (the “RespondentRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent Respondents by the RIDEM on 15 July 201424 February 2011.

Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent KSL-SK, Inc. by the RIDEM on 15 July 2014March 29, 2013.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ RealtyInduplate, LLC, LLC (the “Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen.
