Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiations meetings on behalf of the Institute.
Employee Notification A copy of any disciplinary action or material related to employee performance which is placed in the personnel file shall be provided to the employee (the employee so noting receipt, or the supervisor noting employee refusal to acknowledge receipt) or sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to the employee's last address appearing on the Employer's records.
Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement. If you do not advise XOOM by the specified date, this Agreement will automatically renew at the fixed rate or variable rate then in effect in accordance with the notice. Vacancy Notification Interested employees may apply in writing to the Superintendent, or designee, within the posting period. The Employer shall notify employees who provide it with stamped, self-addressed envelopes of vacancies occurring during the summer months (June, July, and August).

Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Changes to the Notice Information Either Party may change this information by giving five Business Days written notice prior to the effective date of the change.
